- Zonal Manager
- Marketing Manager
- Business Development Specialist Alternative Delivery
- Business Development and Administration Officer
These jobs are located at the head office in Dar es Salaam and zonal offices. The job descriptions for each position are as follows:
- Business Development Manager: This person will be responsible for developing business for the company and managing the risks associated with the company's credit guarantee portfolio.
- Zonal Manager: This person will be in charge of managing and supervising employees, achieving business growth goals, and managing the credit guarantee portfolio risks in their designated area.
- Marketing Manager: This person will be responsible for promoting the company's business, services, and products, developing marketing strategies and plans, coordinating marketing activities, and managing the marketing department employees.
- Business Development Specialist Alternative Delivery: This person will be responsible for developing business with the help of Zonal Managers, managing the digital credit guarantee product, and managing client relationships with partner institutions in the E-Agriculture credit guarantee area
- Business Development and Administration Officer: This person will support the Zonal Manager, manage the credit guarantee risks, and manage client relationships with partner institutions in their designated area.
