- Her Money Her Life Project is hiring project coordinators (collective investment agents for VSLAs) for three jobs in the Korogwe-Tanga, Mufindi-Iringa, and Rungwe-Mbeya regions.

Additionally, it aims to assist female farmers in gaining knowledge about, access to, and control over productive resources in order to boost production, income, and independence while maximizing the available cash and revolving credit held by VSLAs.
- In order to encourage women farmers to invest and leverage their own capital to address important constraints, CARE will use an innovative Collective Investment Model. Through this model, VSLAs will mobilize and pull together capital and use various platforms to increase market access and the potential for women-owned agribusiness. Chomoka is an innovative digital platform that was introduced in Tanzania in 2019 that supports CARE's VSLA strategy.
JOB SUMMARY
- The project coordinator (collective investment agent for VSLAs) will offer technical and operational leadership and support to VSLAs groups and similar saving and groups in order to increase the financial resilience of the farmers in the project area and encourage them to invest in profitable and environmentally sustainable businesses. with the goal of supporting the growth of their post-harvest handling techniques, access to financing, and capacity for saving while also enhancing processing and tool quality. The project coordinators are expected to maintain strong working relationships with other project staff, building capacity with KAZI YETU officers on the VSLA's approach and collective investment innovation to assist saving groups in moving forward with these initiatives after CARE exits, and maintaining strong working relationships with other project staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Take the initiative to establish and maintain strong, empowered VSLA groups by utilizing a collaborative method to identify potential VSLA focus areas and to regularly update the context analysis that underpins programming.
- To manage, direct, and offer technical assistance to the cluster team and partners during the duration of the project, ensure that created Savings groups utilize VSLA approaches—financial inclusion and collective activities.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOW-HOW)
- a bachelor's degree in agriculture, community development, project management, rural development, or another comparable social science
- A minimum of five years of expertise in the creation of saving groups is required; however, building VSLAs, working with women, and developing the tea industry are all advantages.
- Minimum three years of experience leading training and awareness-raising sessions on participation in socioeconomic activities with a focus on the advancement of women and girls and community well-being.
- Experience working with rural communities for at least three years and sharing important themes for leveraging sustainable development

- Good knowledge of women's dynamics and saving groups in the area, particularly in relation to economic growth, gender, land rights, sustainable livelihoods, andmanaging and administering.
