MINIMUM MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS Education:
- a Bsc in project management, a Bsc in community development studies, a Bsc in statistics, (MSc/PHD is an added bonus), and a track record of performing a field assessment in the agriculture sector, comprising a baseline survey of agricultural output, marketing, and extension services;
Language:
- English and Kiswahili proficiency is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is an asset.

JOB OBJECTIVE
THE GOAL OF THE QUIZ:
- Setting benchmarks for successful planning, monitoring, and evaluation, including measures of the results and impacts of FtMA activities, is the main goal of the household baseline survey.
- In order to assess the state of farmers' yields, their income from agricultural operations, Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) practices and knowledge, access to finance, inputs use, to name a few, the baseline survey will pay particular attention to farmers' households.
- The baseline will serve as the foundation for ongoing monitoring of the realization of the intended goals through the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, and will serve as a comparison point for the changes realized throughout time, both annually and at the project's conclusion. In order to increase farmer productivity, income, and resilience, particularly for women and young people, the household baseline survey will also help establish and improve evidence-based project methods and approaches.
